Which products cannot be returned?

Products exempt from refund or exchange are:

• Items that have had their sewn-in label cut or removed.
• Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
• Perishable products including, but not limited to, food and beverages.
• Products with hygiene concerns, including, but not limited to, undergarments, bras, and mouth guards.
• Protective equipment, including, but not limited to, helmets, bike locks, cold-water wetsuits, climbing harnesses, snap hooks and ropes, life jackets, and other safety equipment.
• Products customized in our stores.

Original shipping fees are only refunded for damaged or defective items.
