1. Take clear and detailed photos of your damaged item or the observed defect and the parcel, if damaged.
2. Send the photos together with the reason for the return to contactsouthafrica@decathlon.co.za.
2.1 Provide the reason for your return: Parcel arrived damaged.
2.2 In the comments, indicate the product reference number of the item in question and describe the damage or defect found.
2. 3 Attach the photos taken.
2.4 When returning the item, there are two options:
2.4.1 For Click & Collect purchased items, any damaged item should be returned to the store.
2.4.2 Home delivery items that are damaged will be collected when the return request has been logged with the contact centre.
3. Submit your return request to the email address provided.
Once submitted, our team will review your request and contact you if necessary. We will then validate your request and email you a shipping label to return your item or contact you to arrange for the return of a large product. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund.
