How can I check the status of my return?
Return using the Decathlon carrier
You can track your return directly on the Decathlon carrier website using the tracking number provided on the printed label. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be delivered and processed.
If the status shows:
- “Item processed” or in transit, your return is still on the way to our warehouse.
- “Delivered to your concierge or building manager,” this confirms Decathlon has received your return.
Return using a third-party carrier
We recommend that you track your return on your chosen carrier’s website.
It may take up to 15 working days for your return to be delivered and processed, depending on the carrier.
Your return has been received at our warehouse
It may take up to 5 days to process your return. Once your return is processed, we will send you an email confirming your refund.
If more than 5 days have passed since your parcel was received in our warehouse and you have not received an email, please email us at contactsouthafrica@decathlon.co.za.
Note: It takes 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
