In-store purchases or Click & Collect
Returns and exchanges can only be made in store within 30 days of purchase and with the invoice. If you are a member and your purchase is saved in your purchase history, you have 60 days.
Online purchases (Home Delivery only)
Items can be returned by mail (at your expense) by contacting us on email@example.com, or in-store at no charge. Exchanges can only be made in store. You have 60 days since your purchase was automatically saved in your purchase history.
